The Fisker Karma, as we have seen and heard of before has now decided to install a GM engine in its first car to run on the roads. It has selected a 2.0 Liter engine to be installed; this engine is a direct injection system that produces 250 Hp and 260 Lb.Ft. of torque.

Sixth Generation GTI… at last.

The rabbit goes deeper… GTI has a deeper character, and we await it. VW has revealed about its launch in Europe and United States. The GTI will be released in Europe by the summer and U.S. by the summer. The car will be available in U.S. with a 2.5 Liter inline five, and for diesel option there will be a 2.0 Liter turbo diesel engine and a 2.0 liter TSI. A new 1.8 Liter TFSI engine will replace the 2.5 Liter engine.

Mercedes Benz E-Class Coupe for Geneva 2009

Mercedes is trying to hide something big, which is a hard job to pull. The new E-Class Coupe with a codename C206, which might replace the present CLK with a price tag of 40,000 Euros. It follows the trend of the new rectangular quad headlamps offered by E-Class Concept and the Tri-star on the front grille from the C-Class. It will also feature rear wheel arches and creases on the bonnet. As this is based on the upcoming new E-Class, it will have all the options available from the Direct Injection Petrol to single and Twin Turbo Diesels.  With the Four, Six and Eight cylinders options and Six- Speed Manual and Seven-Speed Automatic .

SEMA 2008: VW Passat CC ECO, not your regular eco-friendly Prius…

VW has to make something to show that the company has eco-friendly look at the future, but that does not mean it has to be boring. In Vegas this year at the SEMA show they revealed that this car which produces a 311BHP and 313 Lb. Ft. of torque gives a good mileage. It has a 3-stage  APR Turbocharger fitted on a Two-Liter TSI Petrol Engine. This lets you choose between three different modes, the full more (311 BHP) and 313 Lb.Ft. of torque, then the GT with 252 Hp and 268 Lb. Ft.  and the ECO mode with 222HP and 236 Lb.Ft. of torque.
